Pasta bake with La Cotta

A super quick and easy pasta bake, and above all… absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 350g pasta
  • 2 La Cotta (280g)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 200g of plant-based mince
  • 400g of tomato puree
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Basil
  • Vegan shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Sauté the garlic and onion with the olive oil. Add the plant-based mince, tomato puree, salt and pepper to taste. Put aside.
  2. Cook the pasta al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, add a drizzle of oil and mix.
  3. In a gratin dish, add a layer of sauce, cover with pasta, then with vegan cheese, fresh basil and one La Cotta. Repeat one layer of each.
  4. Place some margarine on top and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
