Ingredients

  • La Fondue Vegan
  • 1 full pumpkin
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Bread and gherkins to dip

Instructions

  1. Cut the head of the pumpkin and remove the seeds and filaments.
  2. Sprinkle the inside of the pumpkin with olive oil and pepper.
  3. Place the pumpkin in the oven at 250° for 45-50 minutes.
  4. Cut the bread into cubes and prepare your gherkins
  5. Meanwhile prepare La Fondue Vegan by rubbing a clove of garlic on a pan. Then add La Fondue Vegan to the pan and turn on the heat. 
  6. Melt La Fondue Vegan until it reaches the desired consistency.
  7. Remove the pumpkin from the oven with gloves and gently place it on a plate.
  8. Pour La Fondue Vegan into the pumpkin and enjoy!

 

Pro Tip: pan fry some fresh sage leaves in some olive oil and pour it onto La Fondue Vegan for the ultimate comfort food feel.
