Ingredients
- ½ red bell pepper
- ½ yellow bell pepper
- ½ red onion
- 100g La Raclette Vegan Nature
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp italian herbs
- ½ tsp black pepper
- whole grain bread
- plant-based butter (optional)
Instructions
- Dice the bell pepper, onion, and La Raclette Vegan. Transfer to a bowl.
- Add sea salt, italian herbs, and black pepper to the bowl and mix well.
- Heat up your sandwich maker. Slice your bread and butter it if you like.
- Top a slice of bread with generous amounts of filling. Press down another slice of bread on top.
- Grill the sandwich for 2-4 minutes depending on your preference. Repeat for more sandwiches.
- Slice and enjoy! Best served hot.
