Creamy Tomato Gnocchi

Ingredients
- 400ml tomato sauce
- 200ml La Cooking
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp arrabbiata seasoning
- 8-10 basil leaves (fresh)
- 600g gnocchi (cooked)
Instructions
- Heat up 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and fry the pine nuts until they turn slightly golden, remove them and set aside in a bowl.
- Fry the garlic for 2-3 minutes and transfer the tomato sauce to the pan.
- Add the salt and pepper to the pan along with 1 tbsp olive oil. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Season with oregano, arrabbiata seasoning, 5-6 basil leaves and stir La Cooking into the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Now transfer the cooked gnocchi to the pan and mix it in the creamy tomato sauce.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes and mix in some fried pine nuts. Tear the remaining basil leaves with your hands and add this to the pot while cooking.
- Garnish with fresh basil and pine nuts, and enjoy!
