Soft White Pumpkin Bread

Spooky but make it cute! This pumpkin shaped bread filled with Soft White is a Halloween miracle.

Ingredients
- 160g sheet of Puff Pastry dough
- 1 Soft White (120g)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Roll out your puff pastry sheet, and place the soft white in the middle.
- Fold the pastry sheet over the soft white and make sure to cover all sides well.
- Press it into an evenly distributed round shape using your hands.
- Cut out 6 equally long pieces of cotton string and spread them out at an even distance on a board.
- Place the ball of dough in the middle and start tying up the opposite ends of the string in one place. Double knot and tie somewhat tightly. Brush with olive oil.
- Cut off the loose ends of the strings and bake for 20-30 minutes (or until the crust turns slightly brown).
- Allow the pumpkin bread to cool for at least 30 minutes on a cooling rack.
- Pierce the center of the top of the baked pumpkin with a cinnamon stick.
- Cut the knots and pull off the strings before serving with fruits, nuts and dips.
