Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 La Mac’n’Sauce
- 4 tbsp plain or pizza-style tomato sauce
- A handful of fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional topping: olives, oregano, or chili flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a baking tray or pizza stone.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the base, leaving a small border.
- Add dollops of La Mac’n’Sauce over the tomato sauce.
- Season with salt, pepper, and spices or your choice. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the top is bubbling slightly.
- Top with fresh basil leaves just before serving. Slice and enjoy!
