Pizza Vegana al Formaggio

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 La Mac’n’Sauce
  • 4 tbsp plain or pizza-style tomato sauce
  • A handful of fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional topping: olives, oregano, or chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a baking tray or pizza stone.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the base, leaving a small border.
  4. Add dollops of La Mac’n’Sauce over the tomato sauce.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and spices or your choice. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the top is bubbling slightly.
  7. Top with fresh basil leaves just before serving. Slice and enjoy!
