Le Grilled Tacos

These tacos are the perfect recipe to enjoy with family and friends during the summer while grilling!

Ingredients

  • 180g Le Grilled
  • 150g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Chili flakes
  • 180g La Fraîche
  • 15g basil
  • 7g mint
  • Juice of ½  lemon
  • 5g ginger
  • 1 corn on the cob
  • Plant-based butter
  • Dried oregano
  • 4 corn tortillas

Toppings:

  • Radish
  • Cilantro
  • Black sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C on the grill function.
  2. Place the cherry tomatoes and garlic cloves on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and chili flakes.
  4. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes.
  5. Butter the corn and season with salt and dried oregano.
  6. Roast the corn in the oven with the tomatoes.
  7. In a blender, combine La Fraîche, basil, mint, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and ginger.
  8. Blend until smooth.
  9. Thinly slice the radishes and set aside.
  10. Slice Le Grilled and grill on a grill pan for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  11. Toast the tortillas in a pan until golden.
  12. Slice the corn from the cob.
  13. Spread a layer of the sauce on each tortilla.
  14. Add the corn, roasted tomatoes, Le Grilled, and sliced radishes.
  15. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with a few cilantro leaves.

The Le Grilled is incredibly satisfying to grill, with a crispy exterior and a tender, chewy interior.
