La Fraîche Tzatziki

Ingredients

  • 1 La Fraîche (180g)
  • 3 tbsp plain vegan yogurt
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • ½ lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper
  • Tzatziki spices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber over a clean kitchen towel using the wide teeth of the grater.
  2. Squeeze the towel to remove any excess liquid from the cucumber.
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  4. If you have time, refrigerate for a few hours. This will make your tzatziki firmer and thicker. You can also eat it right away!
  5. Enjoy!
