La Fraîche Tzatziki

Ingredients
- 1 La Fraîche (180g)
- 3 tbsp plain vegan yogurt
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- ½ lemon juice
- Salt & pepper
- Tzatziki spices (optional)
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber over a clean kitchen towel using the wide teeth of the grater.
- Squeeze the towel to remove any excess liquid from the cucumber.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- If you have time, refrigerate for a few hours. This will make your tzatziki firmer and thicker. You can also eat it right away!
- Enjoy!

Ever since I got back from Greece, I’ve been on a mission to recreate this staple, and thanks to the texture and taste of La Fraîche, I’ve finally done it!
