Le Grilled Tacos

These tacos are the perfect recipe to enjoy with family and friends during the summer while grilling!

Ingredients
- 180g Le Grilled
- 150g cherry tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Chili flakes
- 180g La Fraîche
- 15g basil
- 7g mint
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 5g ginger
- 1 corn on the cob
- Plant-based butter
- Dried oregano
- 4 corn tortillas
Toppings:
- Radish
- Cilantro
- Black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C on the grill function.
- Place the cherry tomatoes and garlic cloves on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and chili flakes.
- Roast in the oven for 25 minutes.
- Butter the corn and season with salt and dried oregano.
- Roast the corn in the oven with the tomatoes.
- In a blender, combine La Fraîche, basil, mint, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and ginger.
- Blend until smooth.
- Thinly slice the radishes and set aside.
- Slice Le Grilled and grill on a grill pan for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Toast the tortillas in a pan until golden.
- Slice the corn from the cob.
- Spread a layer of the sauce on each tortilla.
- Add the corn, roasted tomatoes, Le Grilled, and sliced radishes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with a few cilantro leaves.

Satisfying to grill
The Le Grilled is incredibly satisfying to grill, with a crispy exterior and a tender, chewy interior.
Whoever invented Taco Tuesday probably didn’t think it through - these tacos are way too good to be eaten just one day a week!
